The rules of the game

These terms apply when you buy, receive or use a ticket for The Bellavino Experience (“Bellavino”, “we”, “us”), including The Bellavino Experience: December Edition on 23 December 2026 at Airport West Hotel, Airport West, Accra. By buying or using a ticket you agree to them, to our Refund Policy, Event Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Buying tickets

  • Tickets are sold on this website only. Payments are processed by Paystack (card and Mobile Money). Prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS).
  • Ticket tiers sell in order: when one tier sells out, the next opens at its own price. Your tickets are held for 10 minutes while you pay; if payment isn’t completed in that time they go back on sale.
  • Your tickets are emailed to the address you give at checkout. Please make sure it’s correct.
  • Discount codes have their own limits (dates, ticket types, number of uses) and can’t be exchanged for cash.
  • We may cancel orders that are fraudulent, made with stolen payment details, or bought to resell at a profit.

2. Your ticket

  • Each ticket has one unique QR code and admits one person, once. The first scan at the door is the one that counts.
  • Keep your QR code private. Anyone with a copy could use it before you, and we can’t admit the same ticket twice.
  • Entry is strictly 18+. Bring valid photo ID; no ID, no entry.

3. Passing a ticket on

  • You can transfer a ticket to someone else for free from My Tickets until doors open (11PM on 23 December 2026).
  • A transfer is instant and can’t be undone. The new holder gets a fresh QR code and your old one stops working.
  • Selling tickets for more than face value is not allowed. Tickets resold this way may be cancelled without a refund.
  • Tickets already scanned at the door can’t be transferred.

4. Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy (for example if the event is cancelled or moved).

5. Changes to the event

  • Line-ups, performers, set times and production may change. These changes don’t entitle you to a refund.
  • If we have to change the date or venue, we’ll tell ticket holders by email and on this website.

6. At the event

  • You must follow the Event Policy, the venue’s rules and instructions from security and staff.
  • We and the venue can refuse entry or remove anyone for safety or behaviour reasons, without a refund.
  • The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending you agree that you may appear in Bellavino photos and videos.

7. Liability

You attend at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for costs such as travel and accommodation if the event changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ghanaian consumer law that can’t be excluded.
